Meet Calista. Calista was surrendered to us from a commercial breeder because she did not sell. She is a Cavapoo. Cavalier Poodle mix. Calista was born 7/17/2025 and she weighs about 15 lbs but could stand to gain a bit more. She is happy and healthy, she is adjusting well to living in a home for the first time. Calista would do well with other friendly dogs. Currently she is living with 3 large dogs and she thinks she is one of them. She has had no exposure to cats. Calista is timid with strangers, and appears more so with men. There have been no displays of aggression, and she will be submissive if one of the older dogs growls. She now walks well on a leash, is completely house trained and crate trained. She loves to run FAST and can be recalled with a whistle, but she MUST have a fenced yard until you're sure she knows and trusts you well enough to return. Otherwise catching her will be a challenge and safety issue for her. Her ritual of choice is a pre-bedtime snuggle on my lap-- she's an absolute love-bug! Calista is now spayed, up to date with vaccines and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $550.00.
