Carl is a lovable, goofy, awkward boy. He is a kitten at heart, chirping to himself while he chases his toys or zooms around with his foster friends. Any time his people are around, Carl is nearby. He is never clingy, but if you should want to pet him, he will be close at hand! Carl came from a cat colony and is very laid back with other cats, even when they sit on his head. He would be a great uncle for younger kitties or a solid companion for older kitties. Due to a bad experience, Carl is extremely scared of dogs.
