Meet Snowball Snowball is one of the survivors of one of the most severe neglect cases our team has encountered in recent years. The Humane Society of Greater Dayton responded to a heartbreaking situation in a Dayton neighborhood, where 33 animals were removed from unimaginable conditions. Inside the home, there was no running water. Trash and animal waste were piled throughout the residence, in some areas nearly reaching the ceiling. Animals were confined to small cages layered with their own waste, some so impacted that cats were forced to press against the tops of their cages, unable to move freely. Despite everything she has endured, Snowball's personality is shining through. She can be very sweet and truly enjoys attention-she likes being noticed and loved on. Snowball is also quite vocal and may happily tell you all about her day, making her a charming and expressive companion. She prefers to be the center of attention and may not appreciate other cats, or would need a very slow, patient introduction if there are other feline friends in the home. Snowball is looking for a loving home where she can feel safe, heard, and adored.
