Meet Chewy! Chewy is a 2-year-old male who came to us as a stray, so we don’t know much about his past. What we do know is that this sweet boy has come a long way since arriving. He was very shy at first, but with time, patience, and gentle encouragement, Chewy has started to come out of his shell and show us his loving personality. Chewy appears to be house-broken and enjoys spending time outside for walks. He’s also a big fan of belly rubs once he feels comfortable with you! Because he can get a little snappy when he’s scared, Chewy would do best in a calm, predictable home with older children who can understand his boundaries. With the right environment and plenty of reassurance, Chewy will continue to blossom into the wonderful companion we know he can be.
