Fagan – Initial Evaluation. Fagan is a very nice boy who is still feeling a little cautious while adjusting to life in the shelter. Being in a cage can be overwhelming at first, and he is taking some time to settle in and feel comfortable in his new surroundings. However, Fagan does enjoy gentle pets and seems to appreciate the quiet attention. He has the most beautiful pale blue eyes that really stand out and give him a very striking look. With a little patience and a calm environment, Fagan will likely continue to relax and show more of his sweet personality.
