WE ARE PENELOPE AND VIOLET. WE ARE A "TWO-FUR"... WE MUST BE ADOPTED TOGETHER, AS WE ARE A BONDED PAIR. Penelope(Pink Collar) and Violet(Purple Collar). We were found on the streets, and a nice family took us in, however after a short time, their resident dogs began to show undesirable behavior. Resident dogs should always take priority and come first. This is called being a COMMITTED PET PARENT. So, the decision was made to find us a loving fur-ever home together. BFF Pet adoption has taken us into foster care. In our foster home we are learning the house rules. We are doing well on our crate training; we play well with others. We are quiet for puppies. We are still young, so the housebreaking is a work in progress, but so far, we are doing great if we are allowed to go out regularly. Housetraining is a great bonding experience for the family and the pups. Keep in mind, being puppies, we will be doing puppy "STUFF" such as jumping, digging, running and possible destruction of items you hold near and dear. Keep this in mind when adoption a puppy or young dog. We are believed to be approximately 6 mo old. More on that after a vet visit coming up. So, there will be more growth. At this point we are at about 20 lbs. If size is an issue, adopt an adult dog. We will be spayed, up to date on vaccines, including rabies vaccine. We will be heartworm tested but are already on heartworm prevention along with flea prevention We will be microchipped also. There is an application process, this doesn't lock you in, it just gets the process started. There will also be a home visit done before placement. Location is not an issue. Our adoption fee is $425.
