Piper is a 10-month-old Chiweenie and Rat Terrier mix weighing in at about 25 pounds. Standing right about 14" tall, Piper is a beauty with one blue eye and one brown eye. She is an energetic little lady who loves playing frisbee with the other foster dogs in the household. At the end of the day, Piper turns into a cuddle lover, happy to snuggle up and soak in love and affection at bedtime. Piper strikes a great balance between play and relaxation. She absolutely loves playing with other dogs and thrives in the company of her foster siblings. Whether it’s running around the yard or engaging in playful antics, she brings a joyful energy to every interaction. Piper is well-mannered and ready for home life. She is house trained and getting used to walking on a leash. Piper will do wonderfully in a home where she can have both companionship and playtime—whether that’s with other dogs or an active owner who enjoys walks and outdoor time. She is still young, eager to learn, and ready to continue growing into an incredible lifelong companion. Understanding transport: Once everything is all approved, dogs are scheduled on transport using AJC Rescue & Transport (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100083418067425). Transport means dogs are carefully and thoughtfully moved via scheduled air conditioned/heated vans from our doggy ranch in Fulshear, TX to a location near you. Each transport consists of a team of two drivers who can alternate. This is how we communicate in real time. The driver who is not driving, will be updating the group chat. You will be included in this group chat to track your dog through transport. You will also be given exact location and scheduled time of arrival. Our drivers do everything possible to run on-time however, things such as traffic, weather etc. can affect arrival time. You will updated regarding delays or possible early arrival. Keep in mind, dogs on transport stop for bathroom, walk and food breaks. For safety, all dogs are crated during transport.
