Cooper is doing well with his foster family. They report: "He's a sweetheart, very calm with people, house-trained & spends most of the day sleeping!" Cooper enjoys daily walks, but can be a bit reactive to other dogs on a leash, so he'll need a little training with that. Cooper weighs 26 pounds.
