Meet Otto! He had the biggest personality! He is about 6 months old, 23 pounds and we think maybe a Puggle. He was a stray with his sister and no one claimed them. He is good with other dogs and cat and probably kids. He is just a puppy though and could use someone to teach him a thing or two. He does have lots of energy but tried to keep himself entertained with toys and bones. He loves running outside in the fenced in yard. He has a wrinkly face but I swear he is not sad or worries.
