She is the definition of: 💤 Sleepy 💦 Slobbery 🦴 Splootsy And 100% devoted to her people. Maisie is the kind of dog who: ✔️ Greets you like you’re her whole world ✔️ Leans into you for pets (all 110 lbs of her) ✔️ Will happily lounge the day away right by your side She’s also the full package: ✔️ Great with dogs ✔️ Great with cats ✔️ Great with kids ✔️ Potty trained ✔️ Leash trained ✔️ Kennel trained She is EASY to love. And honestly? Pretty easy to live with too. But here’s where we get real— Maisie was adopted as a puppy from a local humane society and has been rehomed at least three times that we know of. And we’re done with that. ⸻ Maisie loves quickly. She trusts easily. She gives everything she has to her people… And she has been let down more than once. So this time, we’re doing things differently. While Maisie will happily befriend anyone who shows her affection, we at NALA Rescue will be extremely intentional about choosing her final and forever home. NALA Rescue is a home-based, foster-only rescue and does not have a public facility. Approved applicants will be able to meet adoptable dogs by scheduled appointment only. All dogs and puppies are current on age-appropriate vaccinations, including boosters and rabies (if age-appropriate), and are spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. As long as a dog is listed, they are still available—so no need to ask! Applications are processed in the order they are received.
