Found at Jackson Avenue & Vernon Avenue - 38122 On 9/11/24 I took Kovu outside. He was timid and fled from me in the kennel. I closed off once side and moved slowly toward him to leash him. He was crouched down in a defensive posture, but I was able to leash him to go outside. FAS 3 Once outside, he was a total velcro dog. He was always next to me, jumping on me, and looking for attention. Kovu would do best out of the shelter ASAP to decompress. Video uploaded
