Meet Drumstick! This 58lb, 10-month-old, Shepherd mix was found wandering the streets on his own and brought to the shelter. Despite his rough start, he hasn’t let it dim his gentle spirit. He’s incredibly affectionate and thrives on human attention—whether it’s belly rubs, ear scratches, or just being by your side, he soaks it all up with joy. He also enjoys playing with toys and is starting to discover just how fun life can be. While he doesn’t seem to mind other dogs, he’s still learning the ropes when it comes to “dog manners.” With a bit of guidance and patience, he’s sure to grow into a well-rounded companion. Like any young pup, he’s a work in progress—but one with so much love to give. He’s looking for a patient, understanding home that will give him the time and support he needs to blossom from a playful puppy into a confident adult dog. In return, he’ll show loyalty, companionship, and plenty of tail wags along the way. We do all adoptions with approved applicants by appointment only.
