About Johnny

Johnny is a 10-week-old Pug mix puppy with a soft tan coat and a classic black muzzle. He stands out with his adorable underbite, short nose, and curly tail—typical pug features but with a bit more size than his siblings. At full grown, he’ll likely reach 20 to 25 pounds. Johnny’s a laid-back little guy, happy to sit still for photos and generally takes things at a slower pace. He’s one of only two boys in his litter, and while playful and affectionate with his siblings, he was quite content to nap while the others explored. Johnny is cuddly, loves attention, and enjoys crate time. He uses wee pads but isn’t fully potty trained yet. The rescue is seeking homes familiar with the pug breed, ideally with people who aren’t away all day and have kids 8 and up, since Johnny and his siblings are small and trusting. Located in Bandera, TX, Johnny can be adopted locally or transported to several states outside of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. They rarely see pugs at the rescue, so finding these pups the right homes is a big deal. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
