Glenn Cooper is a happy, easy-going guy for the most part. He can be a little sensitive about his belly area being touched so he would appreciate it if you respected his boundaries. He loves to keep his nose to the ground in true Beagle fashion! His foster says "If you're looking for a dog that wants to be your best friend all the time, this is your guy. He is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and loves to cuddle. Honestly, "clingy" might be the best way to describe him - he wants to be as close to his person as possible, like he's trying to crawl right under your skin. If you love a dog that follows you everywhere and always wants to snuggle, he will be perfect for you. He's fully potty trained and settled into his crate quickly - it only took him one night to get comfortable with it. He can be a little anxious in new situations, but nothing extreme, and he adjusts quickly with reassurance. He definitely has some beagle energy - he howls like one and keeps his nose to the ground on walks, always curious about the world around him. He does pull a little on the leash, but it's very manageable and would be an easy fix with a little training. Overall, he is just a wonderful, loving dog who wants a person to bond with. If you want a loyal companion who will happily cuddle with you, follow you around the house, and love you endlessly, he might be your perfect match."
