Scarlett is a 1-year-old pitty mix from Vallejo with a sweet, affectionate personality just waiting to shine. She came to us as a stray, a little shy at first, but with a bit of encouragement she’ll come right up to the front of her kennel to say hello. Once she knows you, Scarlett quickly turns into a total lovebug who just wants to jump up for hugs or curl into your lap for attention. Scarlett is still young and will need some guidance as she learns her manners, especially when it comes to walking on leash.
