What we know about her past - She was transferred from a very rural shelter in Texas. - When we first approached, she tucked herself behind a pole to seem as small as possible. It melted our hearts when we offered a hand, and she greeted us with enthusiastic head-butts, signaling that she was ready to find her forever home. Brinell’s personality and quirks - She loves giving head-butts with fervor and happily jumps into your hand for pets. - She is an expert biscuit maker, turning every moment into a cozy snuggle session. - She’s currently living with a clowder of cats and one senior dog. She can feel a bit overwhelmed by multiple other pets, but it’s not aggression—she simply needs time and a calm environment to settle in. What Brinell needs in her forever home - A quiet, cat-friendly household. She would likely do well with another respectful cat or a cat-friendly dog. - An adults- or older-child home where she can have a gentle, low-stress transition, rather than a bustling household. - Time and patience to let her blossom into her perfect home at her own pace.
