Meet Woody! Woody is a 4.5-month-old pit/boxer mix who’s already proving to be the ultimate little best friend. He’s a resilient, loving pup whose main goal in life is simple: find his person and stick by their side. Woody has shown how eager he is to learn. He’s already almost fully potty trained, knows how to sit, and even lets you know when he needs to go out by heading to the door. He sleeps through the night in his crate (9:30pm–7:30am!) and settles in easily with his cozy bed and blankie. Woody is a great mix of playful and chill. He’ll get his adorable puppy zoomies after a nap, then happily curl up right next to you for some cuddle time. He’s low to medium energy overall and would fit well in many types of homes. He has a healthy appetite and is filling out nicely, with no food aggression at all—he shares toys and water easily with other dogs. He’s been great with kids, adults, and dogs alike, and just wants to be everyone’s friend. He’s also already making progress on leash walks. The world felt a little scary at first, but he’s gaining confidence every day and now enjoys walking alongside his foster siblings.
