Asuna
AvailableAsuna is a large, apricot and white mixed breed Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier with a short coat. She’s a young, spayed female—about 2 years and 8 months old—living in Richland, WA. Asuna is house-trained, vaccinated, and currently healthy. Her personality shines brightest in a calm and supportive environment where she has company nearby.
About Asuna
Asuna is a snuggler at heart who keeps her favorite squeaky toys close and is always up for a cuddle. She’s energetic during play but also content to settle down and relax after she’s had her fill of fun. Adopted as a young pup alongside her sibling Hermione, Asuna lost her home when their adopter became too ill to care for them. Now, at about 2 years and 8 months old—and a classic Libra by sun sign—she’s ready for a new beginning. With her people, Asuna shows serious affection and enjoys the company of calm, dog-savvy older children. She’s shy with strangers at first but comes around with patience and a gentle approach. At home, she gets along well with most dogs, though she can be reactive if they’re rough or pushy, so she’d love a canine housemate who is laid-back and friendly. However, Asuna is not safe with cats or small pets due to a strong prey drive. Anxious in chaotic environments, Asuna thrives in a peaceful home with consistent companionship—canine or human. She does well when left alone and is crate- and house-trained, picking up routines quickly. She’s quiet, rarely barks, and generally aims to please. A secure backyard is a must: she won’t jump fences but will test weak spots or dig if she’s stressed and alone. She’s reliable on a leash, responds well to basic commands, and enjoys walks, casual hikes, and car rides. Training helps build her confidence, and she’s highly food- and praise-motivated. Asuna is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and healthy. She’s looking for a patient, attentive adopter who’ll keep building her confidence and appreciate both her playful and mellow sides. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
