Pepper has grown so much in foster, he came to the shelter terrified and shut down. He was not well social and now he loves his foster after decompressing and being given a chance. He has the ability to adapt and that is what we needed to see in foster! He would do great in foster with a confident dog to help him socialize and he has done great with cats. He just needs the right home to set him up for success.
