‘GRASS’ THEMED KITTY: Approx. 2 years old / Approx. 9.5 lbs. Hi, I’m Fescue, but I answer to the name Simba (please refer to Fescue though when inquiring about me as that’s the name all my records are under). I was adopted from Mostly Mutts as a kitten almost 2 years ago along with another kitty named Louise. Unfortunately, we both lost our home through no fault of ours and are back with Mostly Mutts looking for new homes and families to love. We don’t have to be adopted together, but if you’re looking for 2 kitties, please consider both of us and we do get along well. We’ve just gone into a foster home, so there will be more information about me soon. • OTHER CATS/DOGS/KIDS: My previous owner reported that I got along with other cats while I was with them, and I like the kitty I was adopted with, so another kitty in my new home may be nice. / I reportedly did not like dogs in my previous home, and their barking makes me nervous at the shelter, so it likely will depend on the dog. If you have a very kitty-friendly doggie at home, maybe we could be friends. / My former owner reported that I did well with the kids I met while with them, though I don’t recall their ages, so if you have gentle children, let’s meet. • PERSONALITY INFORMATION: Give me a little time and a gentle approach, and I’ll soon be climbing right into your lap. I’m an absolute sweetheart - just a tad shy at first, but I warm up quickly with your kindness and a little patience. I’m very affectionate and, once I know you, I’ll be your best buddy. You may find me camping out under the beds in my kitty room at the shelter while I get comfortable. • SKILLS/LITTER TRAINED STATUS: I keep my area clean, as I am litter trained. • LIKES/DISLIKES: I love it when the volunteers sit on the floor so I can climb right into their laps, and I enjoy spending time with my kitty friend Louisa. I also appreciate a gentle, unhurried approach when getting to know new people. / The only dislike I can think of would be being rushed when getting to know new people, and I’d likely be happiest in a quieter home rather than one that’s loud and busy. • MEDICAL: I'm current on my annual vaccinations, micro-chipped, combo tested negative and neutered.
