Monroe is a small girl who was loved by her family her entire life until she began exhibiting some very treatable skin issues the family could not maintain. Monroe was surrendered to the city shelter and despite being a tiny 6 lbs, she was unphased by the large, chaotic environment. Still and all , Every Last One rescue knew this little girl needed a safe and clean foster home to heal and scooped her up! Monroe has reccently entered rescue and we are still learning more about her and giving her skin time to heal. We already have learned she is the sweetest girl who loves physical touch and other dogs!
