About Rocco
Rocco is a striking hound with big, soulful eyes that seem to be waiting for someone special to choose him. He came to us from a humane case, feeling a bit under the weather, but thanks to the care and love he received from our volunteers, he’s thriving and ready for his new adventure. At around 2-3 years old and around 40-50 pounds, Rocco has a gentle demeanor that will win you over. His favorite activity? This affectionate boy loves to wrap himself around you for hugs, making you feel like you’ve known each other forever. He keeps his kennel clean, suggesting he’s house-trained, and he gets along well with other dogs, having arrived with a buddy. Rocco is playful and eager to please; he already knows how to sit and is looking for a home with older, respectful children who can appreciate his enthusiastic affection without getting knocked over. Now that he’s feeling like himself again, all Rocco needs is a loving home to call his own. If you’re searching for a loyal companion ready to greet you with tail wags and hugs, Rocco is your guy.
