About Junie

What are you waiting for? Apply today! Junie’s story began when a compassionate volunteer could not look away from the situation she was living in and stepped in to help. After rescuing her from an environment where she wasn’t thriving, it became clear that although she had difficulty integrating with older cats, a more suitable home might help her blossom—especially after being spayed and having the chance to socialize with cats who share her playful energy. Junie is looking for a loving indoor home, except for those enrolling in our barn cat program. Please note that there are requirements for Iowa residents only, with adoptions limited to within about 45 minutes of Cedar Rapids, IA, due to our mandatory home visit policy. Our adoption center operates by appointment, ensuring each visit is personal and dedicated to finding the right match. Ready to meet Junie? Start with your appointment and let her show you her sweet side. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
