Jess (approximately 16 pounds) and her brothers Jenna & Jori were transferred to the NHSPCA from a foster home in Tennessee. The siblings were part of a large surrender by a person who is attempting to bring his number of owned animals to a reasonable size. Their mama is a very shy Border Collie mix, and we have no idea what kind of dog dad was. The siblings were named before anyone checked their sexes, which is why Jenna has a girl name but boy undercarriage, LOL! Jess is very confident & social, she enjoys meeting new people and sampling different varieties of snacks. Jess loves to wrestle & play with her brothers, and we believe that she would enjoy living with another dog.
