Fun Loopy came from a house with over 100 cats. He was in desperate need of medical attention and has had two surgeries to remove polyps. The surgeries affected his eyelid - which should recover in time. In spite of all this, Loopy is a friendly, playful guy. He loves to be pet and interact with people. He also can amuse himself in his cage playing with cat toys. He really is a funny, happy young guy. Loopy would love to be in a home where he is loved and spoiled.
