About Draymond
Draymond has little in common with the aggressive style of his namesake basketball player. Our Draymond is a sweetheart who loves to sit next to his foster mom while she's on the computer and runs the keyboard for her when she has writer's block. After being left behind at an apartment complex, Draymond has shown nothing but resilience and love. He's a true sweetheart who adores belly rubs and being close to his people. He barely vocalizes and prefers body language to meows. He's not much for toys, but he is highly food-motivated and loves making biscuits. At 5 years old, Draymond is past the kitten chaos but still has many wonderful years ahead to share with his forever family which could include small dogs. He tested negative for heartworm, FiV and FeLV but has been diagnosed with feline herpesvirus-1 which causes periodic eye infections. It is not contagious to humans or dogs but can be transmitted to other cats by oral, nasal or eye secretions. Based on that, we recommend Draymond would be best as the sole cat in a calm, adult home. Draft Draymond today, and you'll find he was the purrfect first-round pick.
