During the day, when absolutely necessary, Suede can tolerate the crate after a brief protest, but generally he roams free when his foster parents are home as he is great at self-entertaining with toys or napping on doggy beds. Suede enjoys the company of other dogs yet can also be content as the only dog. He is respectful of space and will play when invited. He is generally calm and quiet with the occasional bark to alert you of people entering the house or when he is excited to be fed.
