NOEL Once she lived at the end of a chain, tied to a backdoor where the world felt big and cold. But Chihuahuas have hearts far bigger than their tiny bodies, and hers never stopped believing someone special was out there. In just a few weeks with her foster, Noel has discovered the joy of a warm lap and loving arms—right where she was always meant to be. She may be cautious at first because of her past, but don’t let that fool you, she’s a true little love bug, her devotion will be unwavering, her tiny paws always close by. She does well with other dogs, is crate trained, learning the leash, Spayed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. Noel prefers a home without children—where she can happily live in your arms.
