Chester is very playful and energetic. He's also very affectionate, climbing up on his fosterer and nibbling on her hair. He is certainly talkative, and will meow incessantly to get attention. Violette is not as playful or as physically affectionate, but she will plop down for head scratches and pets, and she has curled up next to the fosterer for nap time. She doesn't meow as much, but seems more confident than Chester is, and more open to exploration. Speaking of, the kittens have started to explore outside of the room, and though they are quite anxious, they are gaining confidence every day. Their meetings with the resident cats have also gone all right, though they are certainly apprehensive, so we are taking it slow. In terms of people, while the kittens are very comfortable with their fosterer, and increasingly comfortable with her husband, they aren't nearly as comfortable with others, and usually hide when a stranger enters their space. However, she thinks their confidence will build up over time and they will be less anxious around people, since they've already come so far.
