Meet Ruckus 🐾💙 Don’t let the name fool you—Ruckus is actually a gentle, sweet soul who’s just looking for a calm, loving home to call his own. He may be a tiny bit shy at first, but it doesn’t take long for him to warm up... and once he does, he’ll lean right into your pets and soak up all the affection. Ruckus previously lived with other cats and does well with feline friends. He came to us from an abandoned house, and despite his past, he’s remained incredibly kind and trusting. He does have a small patch of missing hair on his leg, likely from an old wound or past trauma, but it doesn’t slow him down and he’s been checked out by a vet. He’s a big fan of wet food and will happily make his way into your heart with a little patience (and maybe a tasty meal or two!). While he’s still getting used to being handled and isn’t quite a “pick me up” cat yet, he has so much potential to grow more confident in a patient home. Because of this, we recommend a home with kids 10 and up who can respect his boundaries as he settles in. Ruckus is neutered, FeLV/FIV negative, and microchipped.
