Penelope is an adorable young tuxedo gal with the CUTEST white spot on her forehead. She has a very liberal policy when it comes to personal belongings, especially when food is involved. What's hers is HERS, what's yours is HERS, whatever you thought might have been yours is also HERS. The other residents of her previous home were understandably ruffled by this lack of boundaries, and Penelope would be likely happiest as a spoiled only child. Her new family will also want to make sure that they keep any food, trash, recycling, or grocery coupons well out of reach, as Penelope's sticky paws have a way of getting ahold of whatever her heart (and stomach) desires. When she's not practicing at being a champion counter-surfer, Penelope enjoys sunbathing, snuggling in soft blankets, and soliciting affection from her besties.
