TEDDIE Teddie’s Best YES: - A patient family who will give him time to decompress and reveal all the gooey love and adoration he has to bestow upon all who live with him. - A yard to play fetch and tug of war as an only dog or with a relaxed, chill dog friend. (Older kids would be a bonus—he loves them!) - Teddie needs “Pawrents” who are invested in continuing his training with his DFW- area trainer (at no additional cost). He has been working on his self-confidence and socialization skills when meeting new dogs and people. He has become a STAR STUDENT! For this reason, adopters must live in the DFW-area to have access to ongoing support if it is needed. - A home whose energy is low-key, doesn’t have a lot of people coming and going, and whose occupants don’t mind being adored. Personality: - It is cuteness overload the way Teddie selects a toy and just carries it around with him everywhere he goes and even sweeter that he doesn’t bother anything that isn’t his. - Teddie loves to cuddle wherever his humans are and was described as “melting into their arms” and a “seeker of affection”. - Teddie is the sweetest guy you could ever meet. He’s a gentle dood who finds unfamiliar things scary at first and needs a family who will understand and help him feel safe forever. - Who needs a crate? Not Teddie! He is HW negative, current on all vaccinations and HW/flea preventatives, neutered, and microchipped. All adoption fees go toward expenses like medical costs and food for Doodle Dandy dogs and help make it possible for us to continue giving amazing pups like Teddie a second chance.
