He looks pretty rough right now due to severe matting which caused him to need a complete shave down to the skin, but he's going to be absolutely adorable when his coat grows back. Every one of us volunteers and spend a lot of our own time and money for their care along with the adoption fees and fundraisers to cover their veterinary care.
