About Skipper
Meet Skipper! Skipper originally came to CCHS as a stray with his littermates as teeny, little babies way back in October of last year before he and his sister Lovey were adopted out together in January of this year. They ended up having to make their way back to our facility after their adopters developed some pretty severe allergies to them. This handsome tabby spotted guy is about 6 months old and weighs roughly 8.5lbs currently. Skipper is such a friendly feline! He seeks out attention like it's his day job and isn't afraid to chirp at you if he thinks you're walking away too fast! Skipper is bonded with his sister Lovey and will need to go into his furever home with her, but luckily our cat adoptions are always two for the price of one! Skipper and Lovey currently reside in our Kitty City with our other free-roaming cats. Apply for Skipper and Lovey today! Please note the "Start Your Inquiry" button to the right above is not submitting your application. You can click on "More About Us" to the right and then click on "Adoption Application" button which will take you to our website where you can actually apply. You can also go to cchs-petshelter.org/applying-to-adopt or bit.ly/CCHSadopt. Thank you! Approved applicants will be notified via email. Please check junk/spam folders for a response. The adoption fee is $50. Adoption applications can be filled out at CCHS or online through our website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. Applications are not first come, first served. All applications will be reviewed by the adoption committee and the home chosen will be the one considered to be the best match. All cats and kittens have been vaccinated for Distemper, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will also be vaccinated for Rabies and blood tested for FeLV/FIV. Cats and kittens will be spayed or neutered before adoption. CCHS is proud to be a No-Kill Humane Society. As a private, non-profit charity, our work depends on donations and volunteers to keep going. We are committed to helping the animals that enter our doors and finding each the best possible forever home.
