I am quite scared at the shelter (I don't like dogs) but in my previous home I was described as friendly and mellow. I enjoy spending my time being pet and curling up for a good nap. I have moderate dental calculus and gingivitis, as well as a couple of teeth that are super erupting. This animal had a heart murmur identified on his shelter intake exam. His chest x-rays are normal at this time. A heart murmur can indicate underlying heart disease, but an echocardiogram (ultrasound of the heart) with a veterinary cardiology specialist would be needed post-adoption to diagnose the cause of the murmur and determine prognosis. Ongoing monitoring will be needed with adopter's veterinarian.
