When Kirby was first found outside, he was struggling. He wasn't neutered, his fur was matted and uncomfortable, and most heartbreakingly, his eyes were in constant pain due to entropion in both eyes — a condition where the eyelids turn inward. Despite everything he had been through, Kirby held on. Thanks to compassionate care, Kirby has had the fresh start he always deserved. He received surgery to correct his eyes, was neutered, and finally got relief from the discomfort he had been living with for so long. After a gentle brushing and some much-needed TLC, Kirby has truly blossomed. With the pain behind him, Kirby is finally able to show who he really is — a loving, gentle, and affectionate companion. He leans into pets, enjoys being near his people, and has that soft, grateful presence that only comes from a cat who knows he's been given a second chance.
