Meet Espresso! Our charming 1-year-old, 9 pound female. She’s a sweet, curious companion who loves to explore her surroundings, then curl up in a cozy spot to watch the world go by. Espresso has a gentle, affectionate nature and enjoys bonding with her humans, whether that’s through soft head bumps, quiet company, or playful bursts of energy. A youthful spirit, Espresso loves to be loved. She would make a great companion for anyone willing to give her the attention she deserves. An elegant mix of warmth, chaos, she'll make a loving home even brighter. Walk-ins are available from Tuesday to Friday from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM. ADOPTION PROCESS: If you are interested in adopting from Second Chance SPCA, please come during open hours. Adopters will visit with an adoption counselor and complete a short application. Adopters must live within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and be at least 21 years old. Renters must provide proof of pet deposit and/or written permission by landlord to have a pet. ADOPTION FEES: Includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, fecal, and heartworm test (dogs) or FeLV/FIV test (cats). All cats and dogs are current on heartworm and flea preventative. $275 for puppies under 6 months of age and $225 for dogs older than 6 months. $175 for kittens under 6 months of age and $150 for cats older than 6 months.
