Jessie is a small-sized, adult female Beagle/Chihuahua mix currently at One More Dog Rescue (Formerly Ruff Start Happy Tails). She is spayed and up to date on vaccinations, and has mastered being house trained. Jessie has a grade 2-3 heart murmur that her new family should monitor, but it has not impacted her daily life while in rescue.

Jessie weighs a perfect 22 lbs and has a grade 2-3 heart murmur, which hasn't affected her while in rescue, but her future family should keep up with her health. Surrendered when her owner could no longer care for her, Jessie has adjusted beautifully and is ready for her next adventure. Jessie's energy level strikes a great balance. She loves outdoor adventures and playful moments, but also knows the value of a cozy nap. She’s incredibly affectionate—snuggling is her specialty, and she adores forehead kisses and praise. Jessie is friendly with new people, typically needing just a moment to warm up before she settles in, often with her person nearby for comfort.
