Otis is an approximately 3 month old mixed breed pupper. He and his siblings were found dumped on the side of the road and were in pretty rough shape. Now he is happy and healthy and sooo ready for his forever home. Otis has a pretty chill personality, and is great with humans (big and little), other dogs, and cats.
