Nicolage
AvailableNicolage is a tricolor (brown, black, and white) medium-sized mixed breed Cattle Dog with a short coat. He is a young, neutered male who is up to date on vaccinations and house trained. Nicolage lives with a special dental condition that doesn't affect his day-to-day health beyond requiring extra teeth cleaning and some care with hard foods. He is currently located in Chinle, AZ.
About Nicolage
Nicolage is a happy, sweet boy who gets along with just about everyone. He’ll turn two in May, 2026, and he brings a youthful energy that keeps things lively. At around 37 pounds, Nicolage has some serious bounce and is known to leap like a pogo stick. What makes him especially memorable is his permanent little grin, the result of an underbite and a lower jaw that shifted after either a birth defect or a bump to the face early in life. His teeth are healthy, though a bit crooked on one side, which just means he needs more frequent cleanings and some hard foods can be tougher for him. Kibble and softer meals go down easily, so feeding isn’t an issue. Nicolage remains healthy and active, quick to cuddle, and eager to please. He’s sharp, has a playful side, and never strays far during off-leash walks. He’s working on his leash training and is neutered with current vaccinations. Nicolage loves playing with Boyle, a dog he was rescued with, and the two entertain each other endlessly. Boyle is up for adoption, too, if you’re looking for a pair. Both dogs are in Dolores, CO, available through Blackhat Humane Society. Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today.
