Nelly took a couple of weeks to come out of her shell, but once she did, her personality really shone through. She's curious, bold, and social and her foster family nicknamed her Houdini because she will find her way through any closed door. She's got a lot of energy and loves a good play session. Balls and hair ties are her thing (wands, not so much). When she's done running around, she'll happily curl up on a lap or cozy up on the couch. She has a cute, unique little meow and is very food motivated, a squeezable treat will win her over instantly! She can love-bite when overstimulated, but disengaging usually does the trick. With other cats, she's persistent and playful, unfazed by growls or hisses. She never hisses back, but she will instigate with a curious paw. A resident cat who doesn't mind a social, bouncy newcomer would be the right fit. Prior to adoption, all cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, tested for FIV/FeLV, vaccinated, dewormed, deflead, and microchipped. This cat is in a foster home.
