About Murphy
Murphy is a ball of energy who can turn any room into a playground. Heâs particularly fond of clean litter boxes, often curling up in one for a nap when heâs not busy. Toys are his worldâevery night, he pulls each one from its basket, scattering them throughout the house, and every morning, his people gather them up to start the cycle again. When Murphy is in hunting mode, youâll hear him calling out as he stalks and pounces on his favorite toys, though the occasional bug that sneaks inside gets some attention, too. Murphy is social with other cats and befriends all the strays who gather at the back window. He doesnât seek out cuddles but will gladly settle nearby, whether itâs on the couch or next to you in bed. His connection with his nearly identical sister, Rooney, runs deepâhe stayed by her crate for weeks during her recovery and would thrive if adopted together. Murphy is fine with dogs, even if Rooney isnât. Give this playful pair a chance to make your home more lively. Your new best friend is just one click away.
