Madame Pork is a 5-year-old, 9lb small terrier mix whose bright personality and sweet, expressive nature make her stand out. She gets along well with other dogs and her foster believes she could be kid friendly, though she hasn’t spent time around children yet. Madame Pork still needs work on housebreaking, and while she enjoys time in a secure fenced yard, she’ll need patience and guidance to get comfortable with walks on a leash and harness. She’s truly a cuddler—a dog who craves attention, people, and especially a cozy spot on the furniture beside you, surrounded by chew toys. Her foster is looking for a home where someone is around most of the time, committed to providing structure, leadership, and the consistency needed for ongoing training. Homes that don’t meet these requirements will not be considered, and preference is given to local adopters, since in-person meets and home checks are part of the process.
