Chloe is the sweetest of wobbly girls. She is considered special needs because she fell as a kitten and received injury to her head which makes her balance a little shaky. This does not stop her from searching out someone to pet her. She will lean into your petting and allow it as long as you’re willing. She is a quiet but friendly girl. She will do better in a household with older children.
