Meet Rover! Rover and his eight siblings came from an unthinkable situation; they were found living inside a car alongside four adult dogs, all in heartbreaking condition. The puppies were emaciated and barely surviving, but thanks to a compassionate Good Samaritan, we were able to step in and bring them to safety. Since then, Rover has received the care he needed and is now thriving in foster; gaining weight, building strength, and finally getting to enjoy the carefree life every puppy deserves. Rover is the perfect mix of playful and independent. He is confident, quick on his feet, and always ready for an adventure; whether that is chasing a ball, showing off his impressive fetch skills, or exploring everything around him with curiosity and excitement. He has a strong, spirited personality, but he is also a total love bug at heart. After a good play session, he is more than happy to be scooped up for cuddles and soak in all the affection. He does great with other pets and would make an amazing companion for someone looking for a fun, active pup who also knows how to wind down and connect.
