-Iris is currently with Friends for Folks- Meet Iris, a petite 27-lb pit bull terrier mix who is just under a year old and full of love. She's incredibly sweet and wants nothing more than to be close to her people. Iris can be jumpy at first - she's still young and learning - but she settles in beautifully once she gets a moment outside of her kennel. Her life has had a few twists already: found as a stray, adopted, and then surrendered when her family could no longer care for her. Through it all, Iris has stayed hopeful. She's energetic in her kennel, but once she's out, her sweet personality shines. Iris is vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed, and she's ready for a family who can give her the time, training, and affection she deserves. She'll repay you with endless love and tail wags.
