**Not at Shelter** In Foster Care** Winnie Female Tortishell DSH DOB: 09/26/2024 Adoption Fee: $25 Intake: 03/20/26 Winnie was found with her kittens in a tote in the middle of the woods. She has 6 little ones of her own, and has since taken on a 7th. She is currently in foster, nursing all her babies, until they are old enough to come back to the shelter. Winnie is a wonderful young mother, but she deserves to see what it's like to be a spoiled inside cat. She will be looking for her own home when her babies are fully weaned and the whole family is spayed & neutered. Trust us though, this sweet young mother is worth the wait! Go ahead and submit your application for review now! All of our adoptable animals are spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, dewormed, UTD on age appropriate vaccines & started on Flea Preventatives. Cats are tested for FIV/FELK. Dogs over 6 months are tested for heartworms and started on HW prevention. Our adoptions include a 30 Day Free Trial period with Trupanion Pet Insurance WE ARE OPEN for visitors from 12PM - 4PM Tuesday-Saturdays or by APPOINTMENT at other times. We suggest calling prior to visiting our adoption center to ensure the animal you wish to meet is here at our Center (some are in foster care) and still available. If you want to meet an animal that is being fostered an approved application & appointment is required. We will call or email you the status of your application once it is processed. Nothing will be processed on Sundays or Mondays. All our pets are posted online and we continue to take applications until they are actually adopted.
