Dollop was brought in by animal control as a stray, and we're all wondering why such an amazingly sweet girl was wandering the streets! She's just so affectionate, and her enthusiastic and sunny personality is downright contagious. Dollop was diagnosed with heartworm, but luckily she's getting all the treatment she needs here with our medical team. However, this means she needs to get plenty of rest as she recovers, and shouldn't be going on very long walks or playing around with other dogs. She's got a big heart, but at the moment, her heart just can't handle that much exercise. Once her heartworm treatments are completed, though, she will be free to run and play to her heart's content.
