Oscar is an easy-going boy who came to Fancy Cats from a partner shelter. He enjoys cuddling with his people. He has lived with kids and dogs but does not do well with other cats. He is neutered, current on vaccines, tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV, and has been microchipped.
