Little Ingrid, was born in Puerto Rico and is counting on us to find her a better life than PR can provide. This adorable pup has short spotted legs and so much potential. She is a true island mix and her exact breeds are a mystery, but her sweetness is obvious. She has been vetted and have received two rounds of vaccines.
